The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.1529 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the D.P. Act. The complainant made allegation against her husband and other in-laws that they all subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20173 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the complainant and her husband. Having considered the facts that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the complainant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.1529 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
