ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 01.07.2014 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada in Maintenance Case No. 27 of 2007 has fixed Rs. 8000/- as interim maintenance.
It has been submitted that even after specific direction by this court that the proceeding be concluded within four months, the O.P. No. 2 has intentionally delayed the disposal of the case. Considering that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Hence the application is disposed off with direction to the Court below to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of four
