The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 322/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have blocked the road after an accident and damaged many vehicles. They also pelted stones.
It is submitted that Ishwar Chandra Singh lodged Sadar P.S. Case No. 321/2015 on the death of his grand son. The villagers blocked the road peacefully but they are alleged to have damaged vehicles and pelted stones. The police lodged this case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25700 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 making false and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 322/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
