The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 110 of 2016 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner was running brothel from where several girls indulged in prostitution were recovered, I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, her prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
