2. In this case, on 06.10.2023, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed in Cr. Misc. No. 59634 of 2023.

3. Seven months later, the modification petition has been filed for extending the same for further four weeks.

4. Learned APP points out that he should have filed the petition in time and there is inordinate delay.

5. This Court finds force in the submission of learned APP, the Cr. Misc. No. 37619 of 2024 stands rejected.
