The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 11.10.2022, while he was at his home when the accused persons including the petitioners started construction in front of his house blocking the way on which an objection was raised when it is alleged that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19170 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/3 was assaulted and when his sister and brother came to rescue him they too were assaulted and Rahul snatched the golden chain from Sunita Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that they were making construction on their land which was being objected by the informant on account of which, an altercation took place, it is next submitted that as far as allegation of snatching golden chain is alleged, the same is ornamental in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Muffasil
