Petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul (Lokha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 giving rise to S.T. Excise Case No. 357 of 2018 for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was arrested in connection with seizure of 10 litre liquor. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner not even from the shop of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
