This petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr. Misc. No.7981 of 2015 which was dismissed on account of non compliance of peremptory order dated 02.03.2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was only one day delay in compliance in making compliance of order dated 02.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7981 of 2015 and moreover, the opposite party has already appeared and therefore, there is no need to give notice to the opposite party.
