Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sherghaati P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offence under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 20142 of 2018 vide order date 13.04.2018. However, he admits that in the case of co-accused there was no criminal antecedent but in the case of this petitioner there are three cases pending.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018 and he was not put on TIP, let the petitioner, named
