1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 03.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.17748 of 2010, the Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has passed an order dated 02.04.2019, whereby and whereunder the order of punishment dated 19.04.2010 has been cancelled and all the consequential benefits, if not already paid shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the judgment of this Court dated 03.08.2018, has stood complied with, however the opposite parties no.1 to 3 are directed to ensure payment of the consequential benefits, as aforesaid, to the petitioner, in case the same have not already been paid, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
