The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 dated 28.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 115, 120(B) (i) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the prosecution report that some of the persons were arrested in the orchard of an Ex-Mukhiya who were found to be planning for commission of some offence including murder of a woman. The petitioner is being prosecuted in the aforementioned case.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that for the same

He further submits that when those four persons were arrested, the petitioner was asked by the local police to become a seizure list witness and only on his refusal to oblige, the petitioner has been implicated in this case as well. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 22.08.2019 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019.
