2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned Respondent authorities to immediately take appropriate necessary action on the application dated 09.02.2026 (AnnexureP/3) filed by the petitioner with others before them for creating Jamabandi on their name which is running in Khatiyan on the name of their ancestors Wojir son of Rajab and issue

Patna High Court CWJC No.4264 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 malgujari receipt of their land situated under Circle Teghra, Mauja- Pakthol, Tauzi No.- 891, Khata No. 27, Khesra No.- 978 and Area- 5 Katha -10 Dhurs.

(ii) for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.7, the Circle Officer, Teghra, Begusarai alonwith fresh application for the redressal of the grievance through the mode as prescribed by the government.

4. Learned State counsel submits that it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned aforesaid authority with a direction to take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
