Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.86 of 2018 registered under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner took lift in the car of the informant and tried to strangulate but apprehended at the spot though there is no injury on the person of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation itself indicates that the car was hired by the petitioner and there was dispute regarding the rental charges, petitioner is resident of State of Uttar Pradesh and the informant being local person falsely implicated on that account and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.33653 of 2018(2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vaibhav Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia PS Case No.86 of 2018.
