JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the unmarried sister and mother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about two years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand. The postmortem report suggests the death due to asphyxia caused by strangulation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion, the entire family members have been roped in and the husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies, let

No.24802 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
