2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025 lodged on 24.03.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner with allegation that the petitioner had produced a fake disabled certificate while she was appointed as Panchayat Teacher.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that at the instance of village

He further submits that the original certificate of the said disabled was lost on 09.02.2022 and for that, she lodged Sanha before the Chakia Police Station. After loosing her original certificate, she applied for certificate which was provided by the office of Chief Medical Officer, Lakhisarai.
5. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
7. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st, Class, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
8. However, the Trial Court is hereby directed to accept bail bonds of the petitioner subject to deposit of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17530 of 2026(3) dt.06-05-2026 3/3 Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), which shall be subject to result of the case, if case acquires finality in favour of petitioner, then it shall be refunded to the petitioner. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Prakashmani/- U T
