This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.02.2015 by the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. Case No. 230 of 13, corresponding to G.R. No. 1759 of 2013, by which the learned CJM, has taken cognizance in the matter for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120B and 504 read with 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial has already been started in this case.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application
