19-09-2017 Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 24-07-2017 in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 501 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, on an accusation of recovery of about 42 liters of Indian make foreign liquor, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Vishwajeet Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
