It is common ground at the Bar that the petitioner has completed all the formalities with regard to payment of his post retiral dues. Accordingly, the same also having been paid to him, he is free to operate his bank account. The respondents shall also hand over to him his pension book, if already not done, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 6. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
