JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 registered under Sections341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury but taking note of the submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, particularly keeping in mind that deadly weapons are said to have been used in commission of the crime, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32718 of 2014 (3) dt.31-03-2015 accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbarsha Raj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 stands rejected. However' it is made clear that at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners, the concerned court shall take notice of this fact that persons from both sides sustained injuries and both sides have lodged cases against each others.
