The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that six accused persons including the petitioners have assaulted the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that lacerated injury of marginal size simple in nature has been found on the person of the informant and there is counter version of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
