Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel appearing for Electricity Board through video conference.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 427, 353 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20480 of 2020(3) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 Penal Code.

Except Section 353 of the I.P.C., almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as Section 353 of the I.P.C. is concerned, learned counsel of the petitioners submits that officials of electricity department wanted to fix pole on the private land of the petitioners which was opposed by the petitioners resulting institution of the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Gaya in Tekari P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
