Sri Mrigendra Kumar, learned AC to GA-11 , by way of referring to statement made in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the show cause, submits that earlier also the petitioner had filed contempt petition, which stood dismissed . He further submits that the order of the writ court has already been nullified by L.P.A. Court vide order dated 23.03.2010 passed in L.P.A. No.551 of 2010.
