JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.65353 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the motorcycle and cash and the petitioner was arrested at the spot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for about 10 months and there is no substantial progress in the tril. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, let the trial be expedited.
