The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim girl (cousin sister of the informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has categorically stated that out of her own will, she solemnized marriage with this petitioner and the learned court below has assessed the age of victim, as 18 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his

No.17371 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
