2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 575 of 2023 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for unlawful purpose.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that co-accused Raja Kumar and the daughter of the informant were having love affair due to which she left her house with her own will. When the informant came to know

No.20488 of 2024(3) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 about this fact, he realized his mistake and gave a petition dated 16.10.2023 before the concerned Court stating therein that due to mistake, this petitioner has been implicated in the present case, the copy of said petition is annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition. The petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the above submission.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 575 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
