The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 (Spl. Case No. 2423 of 2018)registered under Sections 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been dragged in the present case due to village politics. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.34319 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 (Spl. Case No. 2423/18), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
