2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 07.09.2018 passed in CWJC No. 18972 of 2014, whereby, the respondents in the writ petition have been directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of ACPs and take a final decision.

3. Opposite party No. 3 has filed a supplementary show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 6 it has been stated that the petitioner has been paid the Second and Third MACP on

Patna High Court MJC No.869 of 2019(7) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 completion of 20 and 30 years of service respectively.

4. On perusal of paragraph No. 6 of the supplementary show cause filed by the opposite party No. 6, I find that the order dated 07.09.2018 passed in CWJC No. 18972 of 2014 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
