Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017, registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner caught raid handed by the informant along with the companion at railway platform.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to some scuffle with the informant and the petitioner has no any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33760 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 the petitioner, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No. 388 of 2017.
