The petitioner apprehends his arrest registered in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2013 (G.R. No. 3666/13) pending in the Court of C.J.M., Vaishali under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation against the petitioner and one Biru Mahto is to cause injury through knife at the abdomen of Sohan Mahto, brother of the informant, who sustained grievous injury. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
