1. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding on the account of violation of the order, dated 29.11.2021, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 584 of 2021.

2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order, dated 29.11.2021, passed by this

Patna High Court MJC No.470 of 2022(4) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 Court, the representation filed by the petitioner has been disposed by the opposite party no. 2 vide order, dated 28.06.2023, annexed at Annexure-B. Whereby, the petitioner has been paid all post retrial benefits and approval has been granted for payment of MACP under GP-5400.

4. In view of the show-cause filed by learned counsel for the opposite parties and submissions made by learned counsel for the State, this application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
