This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 19.02.2016 passed in Araria P.S. Case No.169 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1008 of 2015) by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court does not find any error in the order of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19751 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 cognizance passed by the court below. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of trail in accordance with law.
