The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 668 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 401, 411, 413, 414 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the prosecution case that the informant parked his motorcycle at Mukhtar Khana in Civil Court, Bagaha and went to the Court. Thereafter, he returned to take his motorcycle, but could not found and on his written statement instant case has been lodged against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S.
