KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-05-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "i) To quash the order dated 27/01/2022 issued by the Respondent No. 1 whereby and where under the Respondent No. 1 issued directions to the concerned officials to take physical possession of the secured assets. ii) To issue direction/Order in the form of writ of mandamus to the Respondents from taking any coercive action for taking physical possession of the secured assets of the Petitioner during the pendency of the present Writ application.
iii) To issue direction/s to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4781 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 Respondents to accept the amount deposited on 28/02/2022 by the Petitioner and threat the same as an upfront amount and accordingly settle and close the account of the Petitioner after full and final payment by the Petitioner under one time settlement Scheme.
iv) To quash entire SARFASI proceeding (if any) initiated by the Respondent Bank.
v) To grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner is entitled for in the eye of law."
Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition has become infructuous and prays that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
Prayer allowed.
