Petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P. S. case no. 99/2012 registered under sections 307, 379, 380 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Annexure 2 to this petition reveals that injured Rani Kumari sustained only one injury on her head and it is not clear either from the contents of the first information report or from the order of learned Sessions Judge as to who is author of the aforesaid injury and, therefore, taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner no.2, namely, Most. Sulena Devi is lady, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner no.2, Most. Sulena Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with
