JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 Taking into consideration the request of the petitioner for making necessary correction in the surname of the father of the petitioner which was wrongly spelt as also keeping in mind the recent judicial orders passed both by Delhi High Court and Chennai High Court, the impugned order contained in Annexure-8 dated 09.02.2016 is quashed.

Petitioner will file a proper application again with requisite fee duly forwarded with the supporting materials through the institution in question and thereafter the necessary correction in terms of the request with regard to the spelling of the surname of the father of the petitioner would be carried out and necessary certificates issued within a reasonable time frame.
