The petitioner claims that he had installed 100 street lamps in the Gram Panchayat Raj Baghra in the district of Samastipur on the basis of work order and subsequent agreement but he has not been paid a substantial amount against the said supply done by them in the year 2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8294 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's interest will be subserved if this application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Mohanpur, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2020, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-10 to this application.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Mohanpur, Samastipur, to consider the said representation (Annexure-10) and take appropriate decision after taking views of the Mukhiya of the concerned Gram Panchayat in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
