2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that petitioner has sought for certain information in respect of his selection on the post of Enforcement Sub-Inspector from the Bihar State Information Commission and in this regard, he submits that requisite information relating to Test Booklet and Answer Booklet has not been provided to the petitioner till date in spite of the fact that appeal of the petitioner has been disposed of.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.13733 of 2014(3) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the Bihar State Information Commission is directed to provide information to the petitioner in respect of Test Booklet No. 9619 of first sitting and Test Booklet No. 11627 of second sitting and Answer Booklet No. 67079 of both the sitting and the same be supplied to the petitioner along with Letter No. 1703 dated 23.05.2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The Bihar State Information Commissioner must not delay in seeking the required documents as sought for by the petitioner from the Bihar Karmchari Chayan Ayog and the authority concerned of the Bihar Karmchari Chayan Ayog must not delay in furnishing requisite documents to the Bihar Information Commissioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
