The petitioner who is the father-in-law has been in custody since 23.02.2018 in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and mischievous. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law and, in fact, the entire family has been roped in, in connection with the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
