JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Banka, whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license No. 17/12 has been cancelled, before the appellate authority under Rule 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner and in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated by the appellate authority on merits and disposed off within a period of six weeks from the
