JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide security to the petitioner in order to enable him to cultivate his ancestral land, however, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition but seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of his said grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintend of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif by making appropriate representation, within a period of 2 weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.8310 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 from today, necessary steps shall be taken thereon with a view to redress the grievances of the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
