JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 02 04-02-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2013 instituted under Sections406, 409 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the owner of the pickup van on which rice was found allegedly being wrongly transported.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Manoj Kumar Gupta shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2013, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
