The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation of carrying six liters of illicit liquor against the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2018. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the quantity of the illicit liquor allegedly being carried by the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34530 of 2018 (2) dt.13-06-2018 on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II -cum- Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018, subject to the conditions under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
