2. Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Saurabh Kumar, learned AC to SC-19 for the State-Respondents are present and they are heard.

3. During the course of argument, it is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that at the time of filing of this case, the main grievance of the petitioner was the non-consideration of his application dated 26.09.2020 (Annexure-8) by the Respondent Authorities but now the said application has been decided by the District Magistrate, Nalanda, though, while disposing of this application, the details of some plots were left out.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application stands disposed of with giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the District Magistrate, Nalanda, who will take necessary action as per the provisions of law, if such an application is filed.
