The petitioner seeks bail in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six to seven unknown persons assaulted the informant and his son and looted his house.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Neither the looted articles has been recovered from the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2021 and investigation is complete. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Nagarnausa P.S.
