BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 8412 of 2016 Petitioner :Anita Kumari Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be disposed of if the State agrees to examine her representation in the light of the resolution as contained in Annexure-8 to the writ application being Resolution No.1062 dated 08.09.2015.
Learned counsel for the State refers the counter affidavit, however he admits that if the representation is filed, the same shall be examined in accordance with law and the decision in that regard will be communicated to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that, in that view of the matter, the case may be closed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner that if she will be aggrieved with the disposal of her representation she may raise her grievance before the appropriate forum.
The matter is disposed of accordingly in terms of the agreement between the parties.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
