2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order as contained in Memo No. 90 dated 15.03.2021 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Morva, Samastipur whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service while working on the post of Anganwadi Sevika.

3. At the outset, learned Advocate for the State made a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition, in view of efficacious alternative remedy available under the guidelines.

4. At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred an application

5. Suffice it to observe that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the appellate authority.

6. Petitioner is advised to prefer appeal before the appellate authority. In case, such an appeal is preferred, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority and dispose off by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with the terms of the guidelines.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
