The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 385, 448, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., on 02.02.2020, when the daughter of informant was going home, these petitioners abused and misbehaved with her. It is further alleged that they demanded extortion of Rs. 5,00,000/- (five lacs) and also fired in air. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both parties are next door neighbour and due to petty dispute, a false case has been lodged by informant. Though, there is allegation

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 (GR No. 475 of 2020), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
