None appeared on behalf of the State. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, by order dated: 09.11.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 50977 of 2017 the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to inform the court regarding any change in circumstances.
Considering the fact that on merit prayer for bail of petitioner was already rejected, there is no reason to review earlier order of rejection of prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34026 of 2018(2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 in custody since 3.7.2017. Accordingly, considering the period of custody, while dismissing the prayer for bail it is necessary to observe that the learned court below may take appropriate steps, so that, the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
