The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.101 of 2018, G.R. No.1493 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 414, and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32, 27 and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel submits that the recovery of illicit liquor is from a truck bearing Reg. No. PB02-BV-9894, which does not belong to this petitioner. Learned counsel submits that no illicit liquor has been found in possession of this petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal history. It is submitted that the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34404 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 is a villager and is involved in farming and has no concern with the trade of illicit liquor.

Considering the facts and circumstances under which it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no recovery of illicit liquor from his possession, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd -cum- Special Judge Excise Court, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
