The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for directing the respondents to make payment of honorarium of a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to the petitioner with effect from 18.06.2018 in terms of the Executive Instruction/ Notification dated 18.06.2018 issued by the respondent no. 3.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6315 of 2019 dt.02-04-2019 2/2 petitioner to approach the respondent no. 8 by filing a detailed representation annexing the aforesaid notification dated 18.06.2018 within a period of eight weeks from today and in case, the respondent no. 8 finds favour with the case of the petitioner, appropriate direction shall be issued for payment of the honorarium amount.
